LYNX-DEV lynx2.7.1ac-0.20 available

The development code has been updated to (currently) lynx2.7.1ac-0.20.
It is available as usual from
      <URL:http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/current/>
and, in the form of diffs, from
      <URL:http://sol.slcc.edu/cgi-bin/lynx/patch>.

This includes now the recent fotemods additions of "goto a page" with
a 'p' suffix (type "123p"), and of enabling WHEREIS searches in all
sorts of form fields.  See the CHANGES.new file for details.

Note that there have been some changes in the devel code regarding
WHEREIS behavior, already since lynx2.7.1ac-0.12 or so, on which no-one
has commented (maybe nobody has noticed).  They do not affect what is
searched (form fields etc.) but only how the screen is positioned
after a search, and whether the screen is refreshed (in some cases).
So this should not interfere with Fote's additions, but needs some
testing.
