LYNX-DEV another parsing problem

Here's a page (with bad html) that recovers "correctly" using the
old parser, but contains "invisible links" using the new parser.
The problem appears to be fragments like
    <LI><A HREF="/scripts/pin.pl/594124233402316QVC"><P>some text</P></A></LI>
where the <P> forces the anchor to close early in the new parser.

Actually, I ran into several pages with invisible links in the process of
placing an order.
If it hadn't been for the link numbers (or the old parser), I wouldn't have
been able to proceed.
This page was the smallest, so I'm forwarding it.
