LYNX-DEV FWIW: a reference for people interested in NLS

Takuya Asada was at one time working on a theme like NLS,
so I thought I'd again post his URL since there was recent
discussion:

          is patch to pick up some messages that enbeded in C code, and
          add them to LYMessages.h as "#define" macro.

          I've trying catalog support. These message files are currently
