It lets you edit the Subject and Cc lines, but not the To and From lines.
So you can send the mail to as many addresses as you want, including your own,
but you can't change/remove the address that's in the mailto, or the address
of the account you're using to run lynx.  (I noticed your mail is from
a guest login.  Was your mail generated by a mailto?)
