yes, assuming it's being accessed from appropriate links
& i have the last word on its content/style, subject to lynx-dev consensus.
my whole point is that it should be easy-to-read for a non-technical person
& promotional in spirit.
i may decide to use a slightly different path & different filename,
so don't add links anywhere for the moment.
