there's an SGI-specific emulator, yes - I've a man-page (with control
sequences at home; right now my lab network's down so I can't look up the
info).  I have a man-page (no control sequences) for DECTerm.  And the online
info for hpterm from what I recall (also on the lab network ;-) was pretty
useless.

I think you'll find, though, that all of these are implemented differently:
some are usable via escape sequences, others require ioctl calls to interact
with the mouse.  (And some, such as dtterm, apparently don't implement any
application interface to the mouse).
