you probably don't need to worry about the Titanic fellow:

& he seems to be an enthusiastic Aussie who doesn't realise

the really bad outfit is Cyberpromo (US), whose service he used.

but if you want to make sure you don't hear from him again
send it to  address@hidden  (his From);
other sites you might want to inform are
 address@hidden  &  address@hidden .

my advice to lynx-dev has been "don't panic":
there's no lack of expertise here to sink Cyberpromo
if anyone thought them worth the time.
