Bug or Feature?

using lynx2.7.1 with options NUMBERED_LINKS and SHOW_CURSOR,
the navigation to some numbered links by arrow keys is impossible,
but they are reachable by typing their number.
Please try for example:
http://www.zeit.de

It looks like:

...
[1]Der Sinn des Unsinns: Comedy im Fernsehen
     _________________________________________________________________

                            DIE·ZEIT·IM·INTERNET

                          Nr. 23/1997 - 30.5. 1997

                               [2][3]AKTUELLE
                                  AUSGABE
                             [4][5]STELLENMARKT
                           [6][7]ZEITVERTREIB ;-)
                             [8][9]STELLENMARKT
...
The links 2, 4, 6, 8 are not reachable by arrow keys.

Ideas?

Other questions:
I'm just working on a german version of LYmessages.h. Anyone else?
Is anyone working on internationalisation of lynx with language switch
at runtime (not compiletime)?
If yes, please contact me for detailed discussions.

Thanks

Klaus-Peter
