It's just poorly written code, and as with most pages the
first prompt you see is something like 'download netscape
HERE'!  Just ignore it and carry on.  No, cookies has
nothing to do with it.  I can see the whole site (well maybe
'see' is the wrong word, I can read the entire site) on a
unix shell dialup running win3.0 terminal from a 286-12 PC
(yes we still use those) and lynx 2.7.  Egghead is a good
example of poor code generated by people who think the
entire world wants to see things blinking and farting, and
forgot that people came to their site to get information.
