LYNX-DEV Lynx binary for VMS AXP and UCX ?

Hi,
I have been trying to find a pre-compiled version of lynx (preferably
version 2.7 if possible) for an OpenVMS 6.1 on an AXP with UCX 4.1.
I have found the sources on several sites, but unfortunately there is
no C compiler on this AXP box so I really need a binary.  I would
appreciate any pointers that you could provide.  Does such a binary
exist ?
