I think all users outside the USA have the same or similar keyboard-problems.
In april 1997 there had been a keyboard-discussion in this list too. I sent
a graphic keyboard layout of my german keyboard to Wayne Buttles and described
my problems.
It would be very usefull if we all (LYNX-Fans in UNIX !) could use it in the
same way in a DOS-WINDOWS-Environment.
