LYNX-DEV WebNFS support in lynx

Hi,
        I have made changes in lynx to support nfs URLs using the WebNFS client 
specification given in RFC2054. This has been done on svr4 and should work 
on other svr4 flavors as well. I would like to know the procedure to submit
this change, if it is required. 

        Code has been added to support only the NFS version 3 protocol.

        The changes have been tested against NCR and Sun Webservers supporting
WebNFS.
