LYNX-DEV Strange error with numbered lists nesting

All versions of lynx (fotemods, devel code, 2.6 on Linux/SunOS/Ultrix) I
tried at http://sorry.vse.cz/~xmedh02/i.html, a page with many nested
ordered lists show this funny error:

Why the negative numbers? And the wrong indentation (see the source) ?
