I don't know what to say.  Some days I just think "If they are
blind, why run Windows?  They should either upgrade to Linux
or stick with DOS."  But I don't feel authoritative enough to
say this.

It could be that it is easier to fight the networking battles and
use DGJPP Lynx as a DOS Ap and just not start Windows when you
want to do Internet?  The computers in my house only run Windows
when needed, not on boot.  Or that may be to kludgey and we
should encourage the ISP's customers to get Win95 and the Lynx
that runs there.
