On a digital unix 4.0b machine - I'm trying to use lynx 2.7.1 ...
Now before jul 23rd, it worked fine, then about that time I upgraded
to du4.0b and did a new make ... is DGUX = digital unix? I think
I must have used make osf to compile my lynx. I also at this time
must have gotten the LYDownload.c patch for that little download
security problem.
Now lynx works for the most part, but since recompiling (I still
have a lynx.old from june.) my links are not showing up as
inverse video as they were. Now on my other digital unix box
they are... the lynx.cfg's look identical.
Other than the LYDownload.c I don't think I've changed anything
between these systems. Any ideas why my links aren't showing up
in inverse video? (I've tried this from various terminal types
and since the previous version works fine and is version 2.7.1
w/out the download fix, I don't understand what happened. Is it
digital unix 4.0b -? ..the only difference between the two unix
machines is one has a dte-graphics console and the other just has
a char cell vt520 type console ...thus du4.0b didn't installl the dte
stuff.(desktop environement =dte)
