LYNX-DEV network read error in lynx

[Chin, Scott]

I am a new user to Lynx and I keep getting this message when I try to
fire up Lynx. I have already set my proxy to the correct settings.
"Unexpected network read error, connection aborted."

I am running on a TCP/IP network with a proxy server to the internet. I
am running Windows NT workstation 4.0 sp3.

Do you have any suggestions?
