Lynx itself can only run on a 386 machine or better.  If you have an
older processor, such as a 286, consider Bobcat.  The port to Windows95
is full featured.  The port to DOS does not have functionality built in
for FTP or NEWS, but you can use external applications for these URL's.
The port for DOS requires you to have a separate packet driver and
dialer.  For information on these ports see:

For a free packet driver that works with the DOS port, get from you
local Simtel.Net mirror:
