It doesn't exist, it has been renamed from "Makefile" to "Makefile.old".
Except that I just found that a "Makefile" is still being packaged in
the lynx2.7.1ac-*.{tar.gz,tar.Z,zip} files, now in addition to
"Makefile.old".   That is unintentional, a mistake, because there was
still an old copy of "Makefile" (which is now older than "Makefile.old" :)
lying around in the directory from which the packages are built.
The script doesn't automatically deal with the situation of removing
or renaming files, it seems.  I'll remove the copy manually now.
Jim, could you change the debit script to take care of this?
