Since Lynx 2.6, released a year ago, frames have been supported. Lynx
is currently at version 2-7-1, and you should try and get this or a
development version.

This isn't too practical on an 80-character-wide screen, and it would
have been a nightmare for those of us using screen readers and speech
synthesizers. Lynx gives you a menu of the available frames; select
one and it is displayed, almost like a standalone web page. I think
this is a very sensible and productive system for text-based web
browsing, especially if the authors give descriptive names for their
frames.
