If you need to use anything other than plain <h1>, or if you must, plain
<h3> here, I think you should be reporting a suggestion that a different
style be used by Lynx for the heading, rather than trying to force your own
style. <center> is newer than many Lynx's in the field and is deprecated,
in favour of style sheets, in HTML 4.0 (although my impression is that
Microsoft have decided that style sheets are not a very saleable feature).

They are still in Lynx (don't confuse them) and should be able to use
K in their current state, as they aren't on an entry field, initially.

Not in the HTML 4.0 Draft DTD, so presumably not in any of the previous
non-proprietory ones. NB you are claiming, by lack of DOCTYPE, HTML 2.0,
but clearly not using it (e.g. center).

This is a Netscapism, which isn't going to be supported by the old Lynx's
from which help requests tend to come. Only the original url-encoded and
the recent multipart/form-data have any semantics put on them in HTML 4.0.

Unfortunately, the target audience isn't going to know the above or how
to find them; for Lynx, a pointer to "=" might help; for the OS, the
procedure is probably too complex - look at autoconfigure code for this!

Asking how they obtained the binary, might help for people who did their
own plug and play install, as it would give clues as to the libraries used.

I'm not sure about that one.
