The name change was at my suggestion, since about_lynx.html and
about_lynx-dev.html both map to "about_ly.htm" on a DOS 8+3 system.
Lynx-dev.html doesn't have a mapping problem.  All the references to
about_lynx-dev.html in about_lynx.html were changed to lynx-dev.html.
