Again, I use "wget", not lynx for retrieving hierarchies of pages.  Lynx
has options for "-crawl" and "-traverse", but I am not aware of a level
option to restrict the pages retrieved.

Perhaps some shell scripting on the results of retrieving the top level
page with "-dump" could be done to access the next generation of links.
