Seems like MUCH more than a "rough draft". I took the liberty of
incorporating it into the proposed INSTALLATION as a section of its
own, "V. Compile instructions -- 386 DOS". I did some slight editing
to keep a consistent style, and I put a "/" between pub and zlib.h
(paragraph 3). Let me know if there is anything you object to.

Wayne's instructions were modified to include only the part on Win32.
I deleated the following from Tom's section on compiling for Unix:
"The form of the options is determined by the autoconf package. We can
use either boolean (enable/disable) or value (with) options."
I added a short paragraph on "make clean" and "make distclean", and
did some rewording of the help-request part of Section VI of
"http://163.51.110.11/lynxdev/INSTALLATION.gz";.

This sentence could be removed if "keystroke_commands" were simply
renamed in the distribution to "keystrok". Is there any reason to
NOT change the name of the subdirectory. (There aren't that many
links to change.)

Before the new distribution comes out, README needs some minor
changes, too. It would be more efficient to send a patch after we
know which, if any, of the proposed changes will take place.

Probably more like Neptune by normal WWW (i.e. Earth) standards.
