Lynx 2-4-2 is long out-of-date & can't handle many features
now found on the Internet: update to the latest 2-7-1:
get it from  lynx.browser.org/ : ask here again if you have any problems.

(St Petersburg is upto date in transit with the World's largest tram system!)
