LYNX-DEV Configure-script and lynx.cfg-location

I've unfortunately found yet another problem with Lynx's configure-
script: namely if you use --prefix=<dir> the makefile will have the
correct install dir for lynx.cfg, but yet the lynx_cfg.h will have the
default /usr/local/lib/lynx.cfg as the cfg-location... Having to use
the separate --with-cfg-file=XXX flag (or edit lynx_cfg.h manually) is
somewhat clumsy solution IMHO...
