Let's all thank Doug for that. RIP, about_lynx-dev.html.

Only one file, about_lynx.html, has any business there, IMHO.

One man operation here. If I grepped all files in src/, lynx_help/, docs/
(the proposed one) and the top directory for "about_lynx\/" and prepared all
the necessary patches, would you still be hesitant?

I, too, worry greatly about Subir's "Lynx Links" that would probably have
to be changed.

No arguement here. I'll modify SIMPLEDIR (and INSTALLATION) to not move
those two.

Only historical "docs/", if you want them.

May seem a bit strange, but shouldn't CHANGES+CHANGES.new become
CHANGES2-7, and then a new CHANGES file started fresh? I had thought
that the current CHANGES file might stay in the top directory, and
that all the numbered, historical ones might be put under docs/.

Agree 100% here. That's the whole meaning of the Web.

Not worth the gain for two files. (Just creating another "about_lynx"
dinosaur.)

It's ALL up to you. After the new release comes out, the topic dies
for me (after all, I have a script that does all of that anyway :).

I'll do anything in my power to help you before then. Just ask.
