LYNX-DEV Some useful defines for i386-cygwin32 compiles |

Remembering that `sh configure' works under the cygnus.com cygwin32 compiler,
you want to have the following defines:
-Dvfork=fork
-DTIOCGWINZ
-DNO_GROUPS
-DREVERSE_CLEAR_SCREEN_PROBLEM
and probably
-DNEED_HOST_ADDRESS
You also want to be sure to mention -ltermcap when using slang, and remember
that, while Windows95/NT have calls like `gethostbyname', they don't work
the same way as their Unix counterparts.
