LYNX-DEV lynx.bat and lynx.pif for lynx_w32

Being rather unfamiliar with Windows95, the hardest part
about installing Lynx was not having a lynx.bat nor a lynx.pif
file.  It might be nice to put templates for these in the
zipup of the lynx_w32 binary.  I put the two I'm using *just
as examples* up on the server here: "http://163.51.110.11/
lynxdev/bat-pif.tgz".  BE WARNED that I only have access to
a Japanese system, so I have no idea what the pif file might
look like on an ascii machine!!!
