Actually, it's my opinion that this information on terminfo/termcap
entries, regardless of the particular physical terminal, is highly
relevant if not central to Lynx for users logging in via telnet or ppp.
Lynx really needs a synopsis of the whole curses story.

Truely need a document, in its own right, in the Lynx distribution
explaining the "mysteries" of terminal emulation and how they affect
Lynx.  Maybe a problem-solution format, i.e., have stair-casing of
links? - adjust this; have bold where you expect underlining - do that;
want to use terminfo rather than termcap? - this is how.  (And I am
NOT volunteering for this one until I myself can get all forms to be
displayed correctly by Lynx [not a problem IN Lynx, but a real problem
FOR Lynx, since it makes Lynx useless at times].)

Just wishful thinking?
