LYNX-DEV What about a version?

Well, what do you people think of making a new lynx release as soon as
possible? 

The autoconf is fairly stabilized, the chartrans is badly needed and so is
the security update (the temporary files problem), and the documentation
is now almost up-to-date.. And there hasn't been any official lynx release
for a long time..
