LYNX-DEV AC83 - warning message

Ok.  82 bug fixed, now ac83 gives this warning:

./LYCharUtils.c: In function `LYUCTranslateBackFormData':
./LYCharUtils.c:3071: warning: return makes integer from pointer without a cast

Compiles fine.... will start using and see what's up.. but since I don't do
too much that needs character translations, perhaps it won't happen..
