It used to not-be-there when I checked, now it is there again (with a file
date of Oct 15).

If I recall correctly, Fote made some remarks on that a while ago, to the
effect that he had looked at it and it would require a lot of effort to
integrate so that security concerns were addressed.  (That's my
recollection and paraphrase, don't rely on it.)
