LYNX-DEV Test for Win_32

http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/tlynx.zip is compiled without the extra raw
keys support that I hacked in.  I was wondering what this did to
international keyboards or screen readers that use the keypad.

It is just 0.81 with the change so if you already have that version and
don't have any keyboard problems then this may be worse for you.
