Yes. It also was reported with SOCKETSHR.

No, beyond that that the traceback indicates that it's
crashing on a NULL pointer within a system shared image function.
The ACCVIO traceback was identical with SOCKETSHR, so it appears
to be some system function in v7.1, not related to the TCP/IP
package.

Invoke news with -trace, and post what the trace log shows
