Wow! In effect I had unfortunately downloaded the version of TCPLIB from
lab1.psy.univie.ac.at; I though that all versions of TCPLIB libraries
contained the same definitions.

In any cases, I have downloaded the ones on neonatal ftp server and voila,
magically the LYNX.EXE appears :-). Finally I'd like to congratulate with
you, Bill Schiavo, and all other developers of this wonderful program.
I'd like also suggest some more detailed hints for dos installation and
compilation of source code that I could post on next days.
