I removed the  --with-cfg-file (and a similar one for lss-file) in #94, because
someone pointed out that the --libdir option is really all that's needed to
specify the directory.

The --libdir option inherits from --exec-prefix, which defaults to /usr/local.
Use --libdir=/u4/intac/leaves/lib for your example.
