LYNX-DEV updates to ukans lynx home page?

the URL http://kufacts.cc.ukans.edu/about_lynx/about_lynx.html
is still used by many pages around the internet for lynx's home page.
It only refers to 2.7, says Fote is the maintainer of lynx,etc.  Is
anyone working with them to get them to change the page to point to
lynx.browser.org ?
