Wouldn't take a heck of a lot; see "http://163.51.110.11/lynxdev/README.help";,
and grep for "help-install".  Basically, all you would need is an option
switch to define the help directory under $prefix, and decide on the simplest
default installation, i.e., very generic.  If you wanted to get fancier, you
could make checks that the define in userdefs.h is to a local file and matches
the path used for the autoconf option (talking only unix here).
