The UNDERLINE_LINKS option doesn't seem to do anything. You can prove
this to yourself by going to the src/LYCurses.h file where the definitions
occur, and change the defines to REVERSE_VIDEO. Nothing happens.
BTW, REVERSE_VIDEO is a much better idea for highlighting links than just
setting the color tored.
