At this URL

is minimal HTML example which triggers the bug (& entity in
"view" link rendered not to '&' but to '\xA0' instead!!!).
The same file copied locally and viewed without HTTP server render &
correctly. "View source" is identical in both cases and there is nothing
strange in "lynx -head" output too.
I don't have idea why, the code itself is 100% correct, maybe some HTTP
header overflow involved.
