it's not a Lynx bug, it's a typo in their HTML (grimace)!
this error has been discussed on lynx-dev quite recently
& you can easily see it by entering  \  to get the source
(answer  y  to the question about POST).
the site editor has forgotten to close anchor 16 with  </A> :
if you let him/her know, there's a 1/1000000 chance s/he'll correct it ...
