wouldn't they run straight into the GPL copyright restrictions?
all they need do in fact is RECOMMEND Win32 Lynx as an alternative to MSIE.
there are Microsofties who occasionally post to lynx-dev (two today indeed):
perhaps someone should approach them ... ?
