LYNX-DEV nsl_clone patch + nsl_fork fix

Hello,

this is a patch that enables use of the linux clone() call instead of
fork() for the gethostbyname() calls in HTTCP.c.
it also adds a waitpid() to the nsl_fork code that prevents zombie
processes from being created when interrupted.
