See the lynx user guide (from lynx type "H", then select the userguide),
especially the sections on Navigating Hypertext Documents with Lynx, and
on Lynx and HTML Frames. Basically, these html pages have a NOFRAMES
text for browsers that they think don't know how to handle frames. This
is where they choose to say things like "get a real browser" or "you
need Netscape or MSIE". Lynx should show the frames in the upper left
hand corner. You can pick each one individually to examine. The "L"
command will list available URL's and may help. In negotiating these
graphics-oriented sites, it helps to change your User Mode to Advanced
(on the lynx option page). This will let you see the URL for the link
on which you are positioned. Frequently the URL will give a clue to its
contents. If you see a link name [USEMAP], you may want to examine it,
since it usually gives a list of URL's to choose from for the next link.

LEFT, RIGHT, TOP, etc refer to the positioning of the frame on the
graphic browser screen. There is no a priori way to know which one you
want.
