My apologies if this is already known.

When an HTML document contains an ftp hyperlink, if the user tries to follow
the link, but there is an error, but then goes back and presses 'x' to
reload the document, the title of the page is the title of the error document
if the document being retrieved has no title.

I have only tested this on plain text files retrieved over ftp. It is possible
that the problem also exists for files transferred via http, or possibly
even other protocols, as well as for other file formats (eg html documents
without a <title>).
