lynx.man has always had:
.TH LYNX l Local
There is discussion on lynx-dev about whether that lower case 'l'
is a typo and should be changed to the number '1', or whether that's
intentional because some non-standard Unix programs are installed under
the 'l' for "local" section of the manual pages.
Which is correct?
