LYNX-DEV transparent background

Hi, I've just subscribed to this list.

I made a patch to enable the "default" option which handled
by slang already.  Where do I send it?

I'm using lynx2-7-2 with slang on kterm (xterm + m17n),
setting the background color to cornsilk.

I enabled color and found the color may be set to white,
black, blue, etc. but there is no the transparent mode.
The text shows up in some colors on white on cornsilk...
