Sorry, I assumed that the Simtel site was well-known.  The Simtel
archive (largest reliable archive of DOS shareware and freeware) is at:

It is quite lynx friendly. Htget is at:
"http://www.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/msdos/internet/htget102.zip";

I haven't tried it, since I don't have Windows95, but the wget port to
Windows95 is available at:
