Arrow up or down until the link to the file you want to download
is the current link.  The 'd' key will then get you into a
d)ownload dialog.

At any time, the k)ey-bindings command will get you a list of
these keystrokes.

At any time, the '?' or h)elp key will get you into the online
help.

For more on downloading, use h)elp to get to the user's guide 
or g)o to

and then search with '/' for "download"
