LYNX-DEV SSL for Lynx 2.8

I have prepared a patch set, based on Fote's patch to Lynx 2.7.2 available
at http://www.cryptography.org/, that is compatible with Lynx 2.8 (or
2.8pre5, at least.)  Anyone interested in using it can feel free to do so
- it's available at http://www.moxienet.com/lynx/.  I have no problem with
this becoming the "official" SSL patch set for Lynx 2.8, if whoever would
be in charge of that would like to make such a decree.  Just contact me
first to let me know.

Porting the patches was fairly straightforward.  If anyone has any
questions about this, direct them to me.
